*** REAL EMAIL TO MY COACHING
CLIENTS ***
Dear Friends,
A few days ago I sent out an email asking you what you need help with in list building and building your online business, and through the course of reading the answers I received, I realized that my list is NOT made up of a whole bunch of internet marketers who are building huge lists - that the bulk of you on my list are in niche markets and are building a list as a means of building your niche business. Most of you have less than 100 subscribers, or none at all.
Many of you have niche web sites that have practically no traffic, and yet when I look at the web pages I can see that they could be making you money, if only you knew what to do to make it happen.
I write a lot about article marketing (my favorite form of traffic generation) and list building (my favorite way of monetizing my list) and recently I have written some on niche marketing and sales funnel development. Again, I did not realize that so many of you were in the niche markets and frankly, based on the questions you asked me, are struggling. You are not only struggling to make an income, you are struggling just to get a little traffic so you can test things.
For those of you who don't know it or have not been on my list long, my journey into internet marketing has been short - in September of 2005 I made only $250 online.
Using the exact techniques I share in my books which many of you have bought and read, I grew that income in just four months to $5540 in January of this year, and now each month I generate over $11,000 per month online. Compared to what I read online, that is pretty strong growth, and I genuinely want to see you have the same growth.
Now, I am going to switch gears here. I want to see you have the same growth so bad that I am putting together a program that I think will be good for both of us.
I want to choose 35 people to work with one on one to take your existing niche web site and catapult it to a top ten spot in both Yahoo and Google, get you more traffic than you can handle, teach you personally how to transform that traffic into an email list that makes you money each month, and teach you how to make a real business out of your existing niche web site.
Now you may have noticed I have repeatedly said, existing web site. The reason for this is that I am simply not specializing in web development or web design. My specialty is getting traffic to my site and turning that traffic into money. I have, as you know, a very simple web site that I created myself in FrontPage. I do not know html, and everything I do I simply follow the menus. When I have to ftp something, I just follow the directions - and I have to ask questions just like you. Because there are so many different types of ftp and html editors and even your web hosts will have different procedures than mine, I just cannot help you get your first web site up, or teach you to upload a page. I can recommend teaching programs that will help you, but I cannot offer individualized help if you are still in the ‘trying to get online' stage.
So, now I am writing to those of you who have a web site already. It does not have to be fancy, nor do you have to be good at web design. But you must have a web site and you must be able to create pages and upload them - or at least be able to make minor modifications to them like adding autoresponder script.
Now, for the 35 people that I choose to work with one on one to help you take your niche market web site to the next level, there are a few more requirements:
1) You have to be willing to commit at least 10 hours per week to your internet business, and preferable 20 hours. You see, this is a real business, and I am going to teach you, if you are one of the 35 people I choose, how to take your niche business to the next level - a financial level - and I want to see you make a reasonable amount of money from your efforts. If you are not willing to work at least 10 hours per week, not only do I not think you can achieve the type of success I want to coach you into, but I do not believe that you are serious about working online.
2) You must be willing to spend at least $300 per month upfront to get your web business going. Now that may seem like a lot of money if you are not making any money online yet. However, I want you to think about some numbers here. I am going to assume that you are working in a niche market that gets at least 10,000 keyword searches per month. Now if you are in a tight niche that gets only 5,000 keyword searches per month, then we will have to come up with a related niche that can get you to at least 10,000 keyword searches per month. For example, if your niche is puppy dog training and it only gets 5,000 keyword searches per month, then we might have to add on adult dog training to get you to 10,000 keyword searches per month. (I did not check the actual keyword searches on those words and assume that they are much higher than that; that is just a handy example). Now, if you are getting 10,000 keyword searches per month, you can easily turn that into 2000 visitors per month and you can easily turn those 2000 visitors into 800 subscribers per month. And I mean it when I say easily. If you do things exactly the way I teach, getting 800 subscribers the second month is not just possible, but probable. Now, if you have been reading much about the business, you know that the average subscriber creates a monthly income of $1. So if you were to add just 800 subscribers per month, the first month your income could be $800, your second month $1600, your third month, $2400, with no additional expenditure beyond $300 per month. So if you are not willing to spend $300 per month to create an income stream like that, I am not so sure how serious you are about making real money online.
3) You must be coachable. You obviously know a lot about your particular niche market, or you wouldn't have created the web site. But you obviously do not know how to take a niche web site, drive traffic to it, and make money from that traffic, or you would not need this coaching. Although you will have to make decisions about which products to sell and which content to send your subscribers, you must be coachable when it comes to actually doing the web marketing. If I recommend writing 10 articles and you only write 2 because you think that is enough - it is not enough, and you will not get to the income you desire. So you must be coachable.
4) You must be willing to write. This program is designed for you to accomplish the goals I have already discussed without spending any money over and above the $300 I mentioned earlier. That $300 includes a small amount of advertising money, but this program is not dependent on you buying your way into traffic and leads. The way I do things is to follow a very specific method of writing articles, submitting them to very specific lists of article directories in very specific manners, and doing other very specific online tasks that cannot be automated effectively, and must simply be done by you. Writing articles is one of the things you will be doing a lot of - and you must be willing to commit a significant percentage of the 10 hours a week I require, to writing articles and other things as I direct. To repeat from earlier, 10 hours a week is a minimum, and if there is any way you can spend more than that working, you will progress much faster.
5) You must be willing to communicate effectively. A lot of the work I ask you to do will be specific to your web site and your niche's needs. If something isn't working the way it is supposed to, if you wait a week to ask about it, or to ask for help, it does you no good - you will only get 1 week behind in the accomplishment of your goals online.
So to summarize, I am planning to choose 35 people to work with online that:
1) Have an existing niche web site?
2) Are willing to spend at least 10 (and preferably 20) hours per week on their web business?
3) Are willing to spend up to $300 per month to pay for your web hosting, your autoresponder, some advertising, a few tools, some training materials, and my coaching fee?
4) You must be coachable... Are You?
5) You must be willing to communicate effectively?
At this point, if you believe you fit all of the qualifications I have just listed, and you can hold up your end of the bargain if I choose to work with you personally to help take your web business to the next level, fill out the form below to request an application.
